If fairy tale’s ‘happily ever after’ is too far-fetched in this reality, perhaps the next most romantic thing is to be able to grow old with a loving life partner. 

There is a Chinese proverb which I think is perfectly suitable to be used on this design, in the most plain and direct translation, it would mean staying in the same boat regardless of wind (or storm) or rains. It really means sharing hardships together.  

Grandpa is approximately 6.5cm (2.56”) tall; Grandma about 6.3cm (2.48”) tall; and the love boat measures approximately 14cm (5.5”) x 4.5cm (1.78”).
