Currency & Prices
Prices in our eshop is priced in Singapore Dollars; you may select the currency besides each pricing to reflect the currency you wish to view, however, the currency converter is only providing an estimation of converted value to the currency you choose to view. At payment, all prices will be shown in the cart in SGD. If the local currency is not listed in our converter, you may visit www.xe.com to do a conversion to your local currency.

Payment Terms
Payment is appreciated immediately upon confirmation of order, delivery will be arranged within 3 business days upon payment. eCheck payment via PayPal payment gateway takes approximately 5-7 business days to clear. Payment is considered received only when eCheck is successfully cleared.

Full Payment or Exception
Payment is to be made in full order value except for custom orders for wedding favors. Customised services for wedding favors requires a payment of a minimum payment of 50% of order value; the remaining balance is to be paid upon job completion. Payment for Wedding orders may be made using IBT transfer or Paypal.

Payment Problems
A notification email will be sent to buyers if payment is not received within specified time period stated; response from buyers not received within 3 business days will cancel the order.

Shipping
We ship locally and internationally. We use SingPost as our mailing carrier service; most items are shipped using Registered mail service unless specified. Registered mail service is recommended at all times, as we will not be liable once the package leaves our care to the carrier.
+ Registered mail service cost is included in handling & shipping cost.
+ Registered mail service requires a signature to receive package, hence the added security.
+ Courier service via Fedex is available upon request.
+ Delivery will be arranged within 3 business days of order confirmation.
+ Delivery to USA (as a guide of delivery) takes approximately 11-16 business days; allow additional 2 working days for registered mail service. You may use SingPost Calculator to estimate the delivery time.
+ Shipping insurance is optional at $5.00.
+ Please make sure your shipping address is accurate; if your shipping address differs from your paypal shipping address, please state which address to ship to.
+ Excess shipping fee charged to buyers, exceeding $1.50 shall be refunded through the payment method selected upon order.
+ Regular mail service is more cost effective, however tracking is impossible, we are unable to assist in tracking the package in any unforeseen situation.

Crochet Pattern Delivery
+ Crochet pattern in PDF format is delivered via email within 24 hrs upon receipt of payment.
+ File is sent to the email address provided on checkout page, unless requested otherwise.
+ Check spam/junk folder for the email , at times, mails may end up in the spam folder.

+ Non-receipt of PDF file must be informed to us within 3 days from date of transaction.

Customs and Import Duties for International Shipping
International shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance is borne by buyers. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Shipping policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in making and selling the items, only items that are in their best condition are sold in Simple Arts Planet. Goods sold is not exchangeable or returnable. If items received are damaged, please send an email to us immediately upon receipt of the item, we would need the buyers to send back the item in its original state as it was sent out. Upon receipt of the item, we will assess and determine if it is genuinely seller's fault, once approved, a full fund less shipping cost will be refunded to buyers' paypal account or IBT account; alternatively a replacement item will be sent.

Unless items are insured, we regret there will be no replacement for lost packages. We would assist in the claims insured packages; and we would assist to inquire for registered packages.

Product Specifications and Description
Simple Arts Planet attempts to maintain as accurate as possible on the product specifications and description. However, Simple Arts Planet shall be discharged of any indemnity of possible errors.

Promotion and Sale
Promotions are launched separately and individually from store to store.

Rights Reserved
Simple Arts Planet reserves all rights to decline a sale transaction. We value all our customers, we do not refuse a sale transaction unless necessary.

Gift Certificate Redemption Terms
Gift certificate has a validity duration of one year from date of issue. Every gift certificate is issued with an unique code which is only known to the buyer who purchases the certificate and the recipient specified by the buyer.

Gift certificate is transferrable, however only the recipient of the certificate will be notified when the value has been redeemed.

Gift certificate value must be redeemed in full, any balance in the order must be paid using one of the payment modes we offer.

Frequently Asked Question

Q: I wish to purchase items from SAPlanet, but I only wish to pay by cash, how can I do that?
A: Unfortunately, cash payment is not available. We accept the following payment modes:
- PayPal - Accepts credit card/ Debit card/ eCheck via PayPal secured payment gateway.
- IBT Transfer (DBS, POSB/ OCBC) for Singapore Buyers Only.
These options are available for selection when you check out.

Q: How do I know if payment is made successfully to you?
A: Upon completion of transaction, you will be brought to a page confirming that transaction is completed; Paypal sends ouf a confirmation of transaction to your email too. If you do not receive the receipt, please write to us at sales [at] simpleartsplanet [dot] com, we will be happy to check and verify your purchase.

Q: Custom colors for your amigurumi dolls - where do I indicate the colors?
A: When you add the item to the cart, you will see a message box that reads, 'Message to saplanet', you may leave the color codes there.

Q: Do you have detailed instructions for payment process? I just want to be sure I am doing the right thing.
A: Yes, we do. We have prepared two samples of the order process flow in the following:

Q: I have purchased the gift certificate, but have not received the email notification of the gift certificate number.
A: Upon payment, we will issue the gift certificate and generate an email to the recipient specified by the buyer, and copy the email to the buyer. Please check your junk/spam mail folder in case the email goes in there. On standard, we will issue the e-certificate within 3 business days. If you have not received the email after 3 business days, please contact us by quoting your order number to sales [at] simpleartsplanet [dot] com.

Q: Who makes the dolls, and can you ensure the quality of the dolls that I order?
A: All dolls are made by Lis only, the owner of SAPlanet, although approached by many people who wished to help out with the doll making, we have declined all help offers. At this point of time, we have no plan to train helpers to make the dolls, just so that we can be sure you are getting the doll that are designed and made by the original crafter.

Q: Can I pay with other currencies besides Singapore dollar? I do not have a SGD account.
A: We only transact using Paypal gateway for international buyers, and payment is automatically converted from your currency to the payment currency, in this case SGD. There is no need to hold a balance or keep a SGD account.
